Consultation Cancellation & Refund Policy

White Label Consulting is committed to delivering thorough, high-quality research and consultation services. Because our work involves significant preparation and dedicated research time, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness for both clients and our team.

Initial Consultations

Initial consultations are offered at no charge and carry no financial obligation. There is no cancellation fee for rescheduling or canceling a free initial consultation. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice as a courtesy so we can offer the time to another client.

Paid Research Engagements

Once a paid research engagement has been confirmed and payment has been received, the following terms apply:

• Cancellation before research begins: A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested before any research work has commenced. Please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
• Cancellation after research has begun: If research work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation. The amount will be determined at our discretion based on documented work performed.
• Cancellation after report delivery: No refund will be issued once the final research report has been delivered to the client.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing through our contact page within 7 days of the triggering event (payment, delivery, or cancellation). Requests submitted after this window will not be considered. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Quality Concerns

If you have a concern about the quality or scope of your research deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We take all quality concerns seriously and will review each situation individually. Where a legitimate concern is identified, we will work to resolve it through additional research, clarification, or a partial refund at our discretion.

Rescheduling

Paid consultation sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee, at our discretion.
